Where we ship

The United States, all fifty states, and APO and FPO addresses. We are not set up for international orders yet. If you are outside the US and you want something, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.

What it costs

A flat $5.95 on any order, however many pieces are in it. Orders of $75 or more ship free. Sales tax is worked out at checkout from the address you are shipping to.

How long it takes

Two separate clocks, and it helps to think of them separately. First the piece gets printed, which takes 2 to 5 business days. Then it travels, which takes another 3 to 7 business days. So most orders land inside two weeks, and a lot of them in about one.

Hats are embroidered rather than printed, and embroidery can add a day or two.

For Christmas, order by the middle of December. We will say so on the site when it gets close.

Tracking

You get an email the moment the order is in, and a second one with a tracking number when it actually ships. If the second email has not arrived a week after the first, write to us and we will go and find out where it is.

Check your spam folder before you write. Order mail ends up there more often than it should.

More than one parcel

Different products are printed on different machines, sometimes in different buildings. An order with a hoodie and a hat in it can turn up as two parcels on two days. You are never charged twice for that.

If the address is wrong

Tell us as fast as you can and we will fix it for nothing if it has not gone to print yet. Once it has shipped, an address the courier cannot deliver to comes back to the printer, and getting it sent out again costs the price of another shipment. We will tell you what that is before we charge anything.
