What if I do not know their size?

Sizes run S to 3XL with a chest measurement on each. Most grandparents are an L or XL in a standard unisex cut. Between sizes, go up.

Can I put the grandkid's own word on it?

Yes. On the Your word page you type the word, pick the lettering, the product and the color, and see it on the hoodie before you add it to the bag.

Do you do totes or hats?

Yes. The tote is printed all over with the words, the crossbody bag and the hats are embroidered with the mark, which the lettering does not survive, so they carry the isms mark instead — raised stitching in a thread the colour of the hat, or the three beads in colour. One size fits everyone.
