Short, because there is not much to tell. We are a small shop that needs an address to send a hoodie to.
The short version
- We collect your email, your shipping address and what you ordered.
- Your card never touches us. It goes straight to Stripe.
- This site counts visits anonymously, and since November 2026 it carries one Meta pixel so our ads on Facebook and Instagram can tell whether they led to an order. Nothing else.
- We have never sold anyone's details and we are not going to.
What we collect
Your name, email address and shipping address, and the contents of your order — the words, the sizes, the colours. That is what it takes to print the thing and get it to you.
If you email us, we keep that email, the way anyone keeps their email.
What we never see
Your card number, its expiry and its security code go from your browser to Stripe without passing through us. We could not hand them over if we were asked, because we do not have them. We see the last four digits on the receipt and nothing more.
Who else gets it
Three, and only because the order cannot happen without them. Stripe takes the payment. Printful prints the piece and needs the address on the parcel. Their courier carries it. Each of them gets what they need for that job and nothing else.
Nobody else. We do not sell your details, rent them, trade them, or hand them to an advertiser. There is no mailing list behind this shop quietly collecting you.
Cookies and tracking
Since November 2026 this site carries the Meta pixel, the standard one from Facebook. It tells Meta that a page was viewed, something was added to the bag, a checkout started, or an order was placed, so the small ads we run on Facebook and Instagram can be shown to people who might actually want a hoodie and not to everyone else. It sets a cookie to do that. It does not send Meta your name, your address or what word you typed. That is the only advertising pixel here: no Google, no TikTok, no one else.
We do count visits, so we know which pages people read and whether they came from a link or a search. That is done by Vercel, the company that hosts the site, without cookies and without anything that identifies you or follows you to other sites. It tells us that someone looked at the hoodie page; it cannot tell us who. (Changed October 15, 2026: until then the site counted nothing.)
Your bag is kept in your own browser so it survives a refresh. It sits on your device, it never reaches us, and clearing your browser data clears it. Nothing in it reaches us until you check out.
If any of that ever changes, this page changes first and says what changed.
Children
The clothes are for kids. The shop is for grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13, and if you think we have, email us and it will be deleted the same day.
How long we keep it
Order records as long as tax law requires us to, which is several years. Everything else for as long as it is useful and no longer.
What you can ask for
Email 7echome@gmail.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within 30 days, and usually the same week. We will not ask you why.
Depending on where you live you may have those rights by law. You have them here either way.
Last updated October 15, 2026. Questions about any of this go to 7echome@gmail.com and a person answers.
